| Who would be interested in contributing to a FM music disk / EP? MP3 format, most probable? It would be fun to release something... |

Sure! I'm not very experienced with FM though, but something good is always possible _________________ kami68k.vrc7.de |

Me too with TFM song and pixelart...
BTW razor1911.com/demo -- there is music disk creator-maker... You can use streamed-sampled fm-songs /mp3s.../.
Here is link:

Don't worry. I think we should all try to make something, then upload it for others to comment. We could decide together what will go into the compilation, what should be edited and so on. Nim is working on the cover art right now, if all turns out nice we'd like to try to get it published on CD.
His idea for the title is SOUND SHOCK: Future Music Synthesis, I think it's great and just cheezy enough! |

right :) I'll try to get a tentative album art up soon as a suggestion for cover / theme inspiration or what ever. let's just have a heap approach to it and have everyone contribute with anything (music/art/theme/title) until we reach critical mass! and then we can vote and stuff if there are competing contributions :)
EDIT: IDEA for cool stuff list \:U/: as info, data or booklet material let's also contribute with fm patches for cool instruments in our songs if we get that far! :D |

What about SOUndSHOckREC as 8BITPEOPLES is but as FM-MUSIC equivalent...I mean later some kind of music label + this FORUM???
@ Album cover:
What about little soundchip-icon for example ym2612 near song name.I mean which chip - or computer was used for compose that song.
Heeh what about -> Future Shock Synthesis

I don't know about that, I'm not very interested in spending time on such things. I'd rather let someone else do the publishing, and stick to archiving / preserving and producing music.
About the chip icons, that's a pretty good idea. I was thinking of more elaborate specifications inside the booklet also, bios on all composers, aswell as some info on what "FM" and "Sound Shock" is. |

Bio will be cool + e-mail + some hardware...
And donīt forget some cute introduction to FM-Music what it is...etc
Well not all of listeners will be demosceners...
I will do "clickandcuts" in TFM Music Maker.
I will start this weekend.
Can You help me later (when song will be OK... ) to grab that song on real Sega???(I can send *.Bin)
I have no devcart...yet. /Just buyed 32x ,devcart will be next.../
It will be pure FM???Or I can sample instruments and use some speechsynth+reverb???

| The whole idea of "Future Music" is that it's a play on the abbreviation "FM". |
